A chance to meet Alexander Technique teachers. Ask questions. Taster sessions. Try it out. See how it works. Pop in for a quick visit or stay longer.
The Alexander Technique can help to manage stress by improving breathing, reducing unnecessary muscle tension, enhancing mental clarity, improving sleep and prevent unduly excited fear responses.
